About Us

In 1925, Mt. Helix Park, was built in honor of a mother, for the community's families to enjoy. A private, non-profit, nature preserve located at 1400ft with an easy hiking trail, native habitat, large amphitheater, 35 ft cross, & breathtaking views. Come by our many free community events including Nature Day, Sunrise Easter Service, Pups & Pizza, and many more! We receive no government funding and rely solely on our generous donors.

Visiting Mt. Helix Park:
Mt. Helix Park is open 365 days a year to the public. From Point Loma to Lakeside, the Park offers an amazing 360º view of San Diego. Come explore everything that we have to offer from the diverse ecosystem to the historic amphitheater. Mt. Helix Park welcomes everyone!
