Mind & Body Master Classes promote physical, emotional, and mental health within a compassionate community. These classes will explore ways to develop a deeper relationship with our wellbeing and others through engaging conversations, experiential practices, and learning practical tools for daily life. Led by an inspiring community of teachers, coaches, and speakers.
How unsuspecting troublemakers are getting into our brains and bodies, accumulating over time, and negatively impacting our emotions, physical wellbeing, and causing behavioral issues. Some of the topics we will touch on include – anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and memory loss. Find out what is at the root of these issues, and what steps you can take to improve conditions.About the Instructor:
After years of suffering with a growing list of symptoms that numerous practitioners were not able to resolve, Penelope knew that with three children to raise, she had to find solutions. Her deep interest in Well-being spurred training in herbal medicine, meditation, Reiki, and nutrition, which led to her certification as a Health Coach through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition.But it was ultimately the subsequent delve into studying chronic illnesses and their causes where she found the answers to heal herself and help others in need.
Penelope is a lifelong learner, with a passion for health, nature, and service to others.
