| Lakeside's River Park Conservancy's 9th annual San Diego River Run 5k* is scheduled to be held on May 14, 2016! Join us for an afternoon fun run followed by the festivities of the River Park Festival. This year, we are continuing our partnership with the City of Santee and combining the River Run with the River Park Festival. Our participants will have the opportunity to enjoy the festivities directly after the race. This year's theme is Sustainable Super Heroes! So grab those capes and fly on over to the San Diego River Trail to show us your best Sustainable Super Hero pose. Each participant over the age of 21 (with proof) will also receive a free beer sample at the beer garden inside the River Park Festival!
