Description
Are you caring for someone with Parkinson's? You and the person you are caring for are invited to attend this free symposium sponsored by the Parkinson's Association and Sharp Grossmont Senior Resource Center. Sessions include: emotional issues of care giving, tips on physical care for you and your loved one, nutrition, and much more. In addition, we will have demonstrations and activities all day tailored for the needs of those with Parkinson's such as Rock Steady Boxing, Pilates, Dance, Tai Chi and more.
